Nick has set himself a challenge. He said people are always saying to him “Oh, it’s all right for you Nick, you’ve got the money and a huge mailing list. How can we do that when we are starting from scratch?”

Nick pointed out that he did start from nothing but to prove a point he has challenged himself to make at least $1000 a month every month within 6 months with no product of his own, no list, no JV promotion and working no more than one hour a day.

Will a Little Link Juice Boost Your Website Rank?

Link juice is not the latest fad in health drinks but you need it for the health of your blog or website. Without link juice your site is not going to be ranked by the search engines.  Without traffic your site  is dead.

So what is link juice?

Link juice, or link love as it is sometimes called,  is a term that you have probably seen and heard all over the internet but do you know exactly what it means? I had an idea but wanted to find out more. With a bit of research I discovered that the term was first used by SEO consultant Greg Boser.

Are You Blogging For Fun Or To Make Money On The Web?

Many people think that blogging is fun and very easy and that you can make money on the web without much effort.

You may have read some eBooks where they tell you that all you have to do to make money online is to start blogging, add some AdSense code and promote some affiliate products in your posts and you will make money.

While it may appear like that when you look at some successful bloggers, let me tell you it doesn’t work quite like that. Most successful bloggers have put in some serious work to get their blogs making money for them.

Free Website Traffic Generation: Have I got the Nouse or am I No Use?

website traffic generationNouse is a word I have not heard nor used for a long time. It’s an old English word that means know how or skills. I saw it mentioned in a newsletter that I received and it gave me an idea for this title. It’s funny how these things happen. So what has it got to do with free traffic generation?

Well coach Alex set his students a competition to see who could drive the most traffic to his or her blog from 11th May to 7th June.  When I visited the forum recently I saw a post by one of the students about the number of visitors he had to his blog and I was devastated.

Outsource it for a Fiverr!

Some of Alexs Jeffreys students are saying that outsourcing is too expensive when you are just starting out. Well, I just heard about this cool new website where you can hire people for $5.00 to do anything you want.

Well, anything within reason I guess although there is some weird stuff being offered! This looks like a great way to outsource stuff.

Savvy Outsourcing Tips for Busy Internet Marketers

Well it’s been one hectic week. I’ve been visiting forums, Oil Rig hopping, writing articles for hubpages and this blog, tweeting, creating profiles on social networking and bookmarking sites, thinking about what to say when (nearly said “if ” there- must be positive!)  I make a video, entered a gift in a giveaway,  and I listened to Alex’s interview with Rich Schefren….

And that was just to drive traffic to this blog. I’ve also written an article for my detox blog and put out my weekly detox newsletter. Whew! My head hurts! How do people manage when they are active in more niches?

Effective Time Management For Internet Marketers – Where does the time go when you’re having fun!

Effective time Management Last week we had a Webinar every night about how to drive traffic to our websites and it became very clear that effective time management is the vital key to getting everything done. Alex gave us so many ways of driving traffic to our blogs for free that my head was spinning. Where do I start?

Let’s see if I can remember all the ways he mentioned of driving traffic to our blogs. There is good old article marketing, forum participation, blog commenting, press releases,  video marketing,  use of social networks like Twitter and FaceBook, bookmarking, guest blog posting, creating Hub pages or Squidoo lenses, blog linking and submitting to blog directories.  I’m sure there are others that don’t spring to mind right now.

Some of the students are already standing out from the crowd with the way they write and are getting a lot of comments on their posts because of it. I feel deflated. Why can’t I write like that? My post seems so mundane by comparison. Will people be interested in what I have to say?
