Setting My Goals For Making Money Online In 2012
Posted by: | CommentsI know that a lot of internet marketers have already got their goals for 2012 all mapped out already. December seems to have crept up on me this year and I have to confess that I have only just got to thinking about setting goals for making money online in 2012.
What about you? Have you set yours yet? It’s not too late.

“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail”
It’s so true. Another way of looking at is if you don’t know where you are going how are you going to get there?
When I first started online I had no clear picture of where I was going. I just sort of bumbled along trying this and trying that not really getting anywhere fast.

Ever since my last blog post I have been thinking about what I should write for my next blog post. I was hoping to maybe get some inspiration from something that I saw or read or from someone I met over the weekend. I was invited to a Webinar a couple of weeks ago which featured Marc, a successful UK full-time internet marketer, with distinctive red hair! I knew of him but not much about him and at the time I certainly didn’t know he did coaching.
The Webinar turned out to be a promotion for his coaching program. Well, they are all promoting something at the end of these Webinars aren’t they? It sounded so good and he was throwing in so many bonuses at such an incredible price (never to be repeated of course!) that I was immediately hooked. It was a no-brainer.

I religiously avoided PLR material for a long time because I had heard that it was usually rubbish and not fit for making money online in any way. But then I read a few ebooks about using PLR to make money and it completely opened my eyes to the possibilities.
Now I use it a lot to get ideas for articles, for blog posts, to write emails, and for free reports. You will note that I say to get ideas. I always rewrite PLR articles usually taking 3 or 4 articles and creating 1 good article or blog post with them.

I found it and still do quite difficult to find blogs with up to date, frequent posts that attracted traffic in this making money online niche. You can tell if they get a reasonable amount of traffic and if they are popular by the number of comments they get.
