If one of your goals is making money online, then you have to remember that first and foremost it really all boils down to trust. Many people refuse to trust people or purchase products they find on the internet. Often with good reason too.
Apparently, the internet is quite a bit of a double edged sword for a lot of people. On the one hand you have people who are excessively afraid of getting viruses. They will not order products or services on the internet.
On the other hand there are people who want to have questions answered. They are looking for new information that will help them attain their goals of making money on the internet as fast as possible. They are willing to order internet marketing products and services, but from someone they can trust.
Building trust
The key here is the trust. So how can you do this? By providing good, useful and helpful information on your website. This is the best way to start.
It’s a good idea to begin your blog or website on a subject that you are familiar enough with so that you can write about it easily and well. If you present a business look that is credible and professional people will be more likely to purchase your products and subscribe to your efforts at list building.
Build relationships
Building relationships with the visitors to your web site will help you gain their trust. Making money right from the start should not be your first concern although if you do it will be a bonus.
Build a quality site
You should be concentrating your efforts on building a good quality web site that people will come to trust. You will also need to hold up your end of the relationship as well by supplying your clients with services, products and information that are useful and worth spending their money on.
The money will exist when people start to know you and you show them that you have their interests at heart. Once you can establish this trust you will be making money online from life time customers .
Hi Sandy, I know what you mean about the trust factor. I have friends who won’t even open emails from any name they do not recognise. They are completely certain they will get a virus or an attack from hackers.
Enjoy the journey.
